Tyrand Lawrence is a New York Native, she received her Bachelors in Business Administration from her alumni a Historically Black College "Benedict College" located in Columbia, S.C. Attending an HBCU, provided her structure, cultural experience and the engagement with peers who go on to do great things in society.
Tyrand Lawrence worked as a Financial Representative at AIG after graduating with her B.A, she moved back to New York, where she attended Keller Graduate School of Management receiving her M.B.A, Tyrand worked for Foster Care agencies as a passion for kids in care. Although social work was not her field, she found it to be rewarding and fulfilling,
She started her own not for profit organization called Kids Who Age Out of Foster Care, to assist youth with resources to help their transition into adulthood. This organization has been near and dear to her heart. Which then led her to be mindful that there are also parents who lack parental skills to be parents to towards their youth. She launched a not for profit program called Therapeutic and Parenting Aid Services.
Tyrand was known amongst her colleagues and associates, as a person with a big heart and a person with big dreams. She created and online boutique called Tys Closet that she built and operated on her own. With a concentration in Marketing. She understood what it took to market herself and sale your personality not just the product.
She relocated to the of State of North Carolina, still keeping her business minded models. She opened up Ty's Closet Boutique in Charlotte, NC mall being her first location. She was named as "The boutiques with the best style" by Gastonia Gazette News,
Tyrand decided to go to real estate school after seeing her mom loose her first home iduring the mortgage crisis. This new venture was more about informing buyers and sellers with the knowledge she wish she had at the time to better assist her parents. She possesses a natural repertoire of dynamic qualities that set her apart and enable her to successfully procure the goals of the buyers and sellers she represent.
